Deceptive Practices and Poor Customer Experience

The company engages in misleading practices, only informing customers about the need for scent refills after a purchase is made. The purchase process is confusing, as the button appears to direct you to the shopping cart or shipping page, preventing you from reviewing total costs and items beforehand. I immediately sought a refund, but after a frustrating day filled with attempts to convince me to keep part of my order and offering unreasonable discounts, they finally agreed to a full refund. However, they stated it would take 15 to 20 business days, which is completely unacceptable. This experience has been disappointing, and I urge others to think twice before engaging with any links related to this company to avoid unnecessary stress. Their customer service leaves much to be desired, and had they been more transparent from the outset, I might have considered purchasing their product. I hope the payment service will assist in recovering my funds from this situation.
