The updates regarding tickets before the event were excellent. However, I have one complaint: the ticket clearly states "print e-ticket at home", "fold the paper along dotted lines", and "ticket cannot be used on a mobile device". Why include such confusing information? Many attendees travel from abroad and may not have the opportunity to print tickets, which can lead to unnecessary stress, especially since e-tickets are valid on mobile devices.
