HI ordered tickets for a premirr leauge match , but the game got rescheduled, so I asked to cancel my reservation. P1 refused to do so. They suggeted i will re -sell my tickets but because they send the actuall tickets only 1-3days before the event it's almost impossible
E Ticket arrived 6 days before the event with full itinerary attached. Riyadh Air Metropolitano certainly didn't disappoint . Great seat, great view, fantastic hospitality. Will definitely be using P1 again .

The updates regarding tickets before the event were excellent. However, I have one complaint: the ticket clearly states "print e-ticket at home", "fold the paper along dotted lines", and "ticket cannot be used on a mobile device". Why include such confusing information? Many attendees travel from abroad and may not have the opportunity to print tickets, which can lead to unnecessary stress, especially since e-tickets are valid on mobile devices.
I appreciate that you offer tickets and send them before the match. However, I think you should provide warnings about the seating location because I was too far from the pitch. It would be helpful to confirm our seating choices and provide translations in French, please.
