Writing this on behalf of my father Ken Stevens.My father was awaiting a mattress delivery on behalf of the Sleep Shop. Someone from your company tried ringing on Thursday 20th July but my father was at work. They rung again Friday lunchtime and left a message saying they would be delivering the mattress on Monday 24th July between 7-10am. Only issue with that was my father was going on holiday on Monday 24th July.Any company with any common sense would not arrange a mattress delivery without first speaking to the customer to check if the delivery date was OK! My father wasn't able to take the calls Thursday and Friday as he was at work. He rung back Friday at 4:40pm but no-one answered, he tried again at 5pm but got through to an automated message saying the office was closed,P2P are the only courier company I've ever heard of that don't work after 5pm or work weekends. My father left numerous voice messages and also texted to say he was going on holiday on Monday 24th July. Despite this the unless delivery company still attempted to deliver the mattress on Monday 24th July. My father wasn't in and the driver phoned my father asking where he was!You would have thought after all this, this useless company would have learnt their lesson about speaking to the customer first before trying to arrange a mattress delivery. Earlier today they rung my father who didn't answer as he is on holiday and a man called Benjamin left a message saying they would be delivering the mattress on the morning of Tuesday 1st August! No this is not OK as your company has been told more than once to do a pm delivery so that I can be there to swap the mattress over on behalf of my father.It's mind blowing how incompetent this company is. To arrange a mattress delivery not once, but twice without first speaking to the customer is ridiculous. To not bother checking your messages is ridiculous. Finally to be phoning my father when he is on holiday despite being clearly told not to do this is completely unacceptable.The only reason I am giving this company one star is because trustpilot won't allow me to give zero stars.
