I believe I've discovered a shipping service that surpasses even the notorious ones in inefficiency. I ordered a shirt from a platform almost a month before Christmas, which was promised to arrive by the holiday. The service in question was p2p, with an expected delivery date of December 18th. Now, it's Christmas Day, and the tracking information still shows that same date. They have had the package since the 6th, and it only needed to travel from Texas to Michigan. The last update indicates the package is in Chicago. They could have walked it there in that timeframe. I'm not optimistic about receiving my package. Terrible service with even worse tracking and updates. I recommend steering clear of this service.
I might have found a shipping service that is even worse than FedEx, which is quite an achievement. I ordered a shirt from a platform nearly a month before Christmas, and it was "guaranteed by Christmas." The shipping service was p2p, with an expected delivery date of December 18th. Now it's Christmas day, and that's still what the tracking information shows. They've had the package since the 6th, and it only needed to travel from Texas to Michigan. The last tracking update shows it in Chicago. They could have walked it there in that time. I’m expecting not to receive the package. Terrible service with even worse tracking and updates. Avoid at all costs.
I ordered a pair of shoes on November 23. They were shipped with this service. Communication has been abysmal, and my order has been sitting in Dallas since December 3, with no updates as of December 16. It only has to travel about 30 miles. They claim it's out for delivery, but we'll see… it's been awful so far! Do not use!
This delivery service is absolutely terrible and relies on third-party drivers. My package never arrived, even though the update stated it had, and I was home all day. Nobody showed up. Contacting the service resulted in a response of "oh well." It feels like a scam, and I would highly recommend avoiding it.
Consistently slow shipping, multiple lost shipments, and poor communication characterize this service. If a company you're planning to buy from uses p2p, consider stopping your business with them and informing them why. It's the only way to address the inadequacies of this shipping service.
This shipping company is quite poor. I had never heard of them until I ordered from another seller, and they were the carrier. Initially, things seemed fine, but now my package hasn't moved or been updated in 5 days. I reached out to them as suggested but received no response. I followed up on my email, but still nothing. I contacted the seller, and they assured me a replacement would be sent, specifically requesting it not be sent via this service. I will avoid them in the future.
Somehow, my order was missing the street number. The street name was correct, but the house number was not included. No one noticed this issue until the package was out for delivery. Instead of contacting the seller for the correct address, the service delivered it to a random house on a different street. They even suggested I go to this house to retrieve my package. I refuse to approach strangers for my belongings. They kept insisting the package was delivered and even provided pictures of the porch it was supposedly delivered to, but the images were not of my home. The mailbox in the picture had a different number. So far, this service has done nothing to resolve the issue. I expect them to either recover the package, send a replacement at their cost, or refund my money.
I'm writing to complain about the delivery that has failed to happen for two consecutive days. Our first delivery was missed because the driver couldn't find the address and attempted to call me at 6:40 AM, outside of delivery hours. Today, the delivery was missed again because the agent rang the doorbell briefly before leaving. I missed the call due to a work meeting, and my wife couldn't reach the door in time. This delivery service is a joke, failing to deliver twice with minimal effort from the agent. I spent a significant amount on this item and expected at least a reasonable delivery experience.
I've never encountered a company in the shipping business with a 73% one-star rating, far outweighing their meager 3% five-star rating. I ordered a product from a platform without being informed it was coming from overseas. I pre-ordered it nearly four months ago for a release date of November 13, and it still hasn't arrived, with Thanksgiving approaching. The initial arrival date was November 22. I advise against using p2p companies for shipping; they do not excel at their job.
