I've ordered from Look fantastic on the 10th August, 8 days gone and tracking number still shows that my package is in Fedex Cross Border Centre and no more updates on this trackig number. When I placed an order on the website it was promised that delivery takes 3-5 working days. Very annoyed with the whole experience. From China you'll get your order much quicker. You are getting so many 1 and 2 star reviews, maybe it is worth to review your processes to make customers happy rather say useless apologies.My tracking number is : HUT1860GB12308072901Thanks for your reply, but tracking number shows that parcel is still in FEDEX CROSS BORDER PROCESS CENTRE - BASILDON, SS15 6TR, GBAs per updated delivery time, no one will be at home to receive a package.
