Hi,My parcel from US got to France and failed in delivery twice while there was someone present at the address. The tracking app said to contact the carrier but there was no card left in my mail box and I couldn’t figure out the carrier in charge either from the P2P or aftership app. Trying to call the P2P customer service by phone or email and indeed nothing worked.I finally got a notice from the French post later and got my parcel... a long way to get to know which carrier is in charge, it would be really appreciated if you make more efforts on your app to let people know who carries packages.
