This company is ridiculous!! I wrote a review on here 5 days ago that they responded to asking me to email them. I did just that immediately and of course, NO ONE ADDRESSED MY EMAIL! I have two packages that are stuck! One since December 4th which was given to this company on November the 30th! We are approaching 30 days now with a my package that was only supposed to take 7-10 business days for me to receive!! It appears that this company falsifies their tracking information. For both of my deliveries, it says that they were transferred to the carrier partner carrier in the United States however, I've called the partner carrier for both packages on numerous occasions for updates and they have NEVER received either package despite the P2P tracking system saying so. I do not understand this mess but it's absolutely ridiculous. Here are the tracking numbers for both packages! I encourage you all to check it out so you can see exactly what I mean!
