Normally I am really satisfied with Paack. I have already received many Amazon packages through them and there was never a problem. This time, unfortunately, my delivery was rescheduled a minimum of 4 times without any reason given. They even told Amazon that a delivery had been attempted unsuccessfully, even though I had been at home and they always had my mobile number, so obviously that was just an excuse. The package was finally delivered today, and I can say only positive things about the driver who finally brought it. The main problem for me was too little information about what the actual problem was.
