Review Time
Hello. The courier arrived a bit late, past 22:00. It wasn't a matter of delay, but my parents were home alone and they're old people and were a bit worried about a stranger ringing their doorbell at such hour.
Other than that, all was well. The item arrived quickly and it's in good condition.
Since the arrival of the two packages for the actual delivery day was not communicated by Paack in advance, we were not at the delivery location at the time of delivery. However, the parcel carrier calls us on his arrival in front of our apartment and we agree with him on a place to deposit the two packages. Many thanks to the hard-working parcel carrier.
The worker who was delivering my package was very helpful and kind. He made contact when I wasn't answering and we were able to get my package to me with no problems.
I sincerely thank him and I hope the company keeps him as an employee.
The Amazon hub the Address I gave Close there doors at 19.00hr..and on weekend at 14.00hr Saturday....they tried to deliver at 21.00hr Saturday 🤔🤔and tonight I got a call from the Driver and I drove 5km to meet him...he had no Wots ap so I couldn't ping my location..
Normally I am really satisfied with Paack. I have already received many Amazon packages through them and there was never a problem. This time, unfortunately, my delivery was rescheduled a minimum of 4 times without any reason given. They even told Amazon that a delivery had been attempted unsuccessfully, even though I had been at home and they always had my mobile number, so obviously that was just an excuse. The package was finally delivered today, and I can say only positive things about the driver who finally brought it. The main problem for me was too little information about what the actual problem was.
I ordered the laptop trolley on 12/02/1026 and I received it on 13/02/2026. I am impressed with the super fast delivery in France. Love the trolley. Very happy with my purchase.
After thousands delivery received with this company, they now said didn't find my adress, after changing the delivery adress to a different one, they took 4 more days to deliver my order!
I was surprised to receive packages I wasn't expecting due to serious problems with the carrier, an unreliable company for sending packages; they mark them as delivered but don't come to the house.
I live in Spain. This is the second time Paack have said they have delivered a package but did not ring the door (I was home both times) and did not deliver to neighbours. I will try and raise a formal complaint. Their online help is useless.
