I have used Pabbly Email for over a year, and it's probably the worst email provider I have ever used. So why do I use them? I only send out a few email bi-annually and needed a simple and affordable mailing service. I used them only because they were cheap. In spite of my needs, they are still failing the deliver on the most basic needs. Here is a breakdown: Features1) No advanced features like funnels, flows, if/then emails, etc...2) Their Segmentation Tool (if you want to call it that) can't even tell you who is opening your emails3) List cleaning is nearly impossible, as you would need to do it manually.4) Send reputation and deliverability is POOR5) Email builder looks like it was designed by an engineer in 19976) What customer service?Keep in mind that I only need to send a few dozen emails twice per year, and the emails are just text and a link or two, and they are still failing.
