I received so many messages before properly testing the tool, that I opted to delete my account and not even try. My frustration was doubled when deleting the account is even more buggy. Then, after successful deletion, I received a WELCOME EMAIL from the sales account, congratulating me on my new account. Do not give them your data, because it seems they'll never let it go.

But be prepared to spend some of that savings on your own time fixing things that shouldn't break in the first place.
I have several issues regarding Optin and Opt out. I need support on building a flow. I need guidance through video. Past 1 month i have sent several emails asking for support every single day, everytime a new person gives a new solution which doesn't work. I request you to schedule a call and help me real time or refund the money which i have paid
If I could give zero stars I would...This company is a joke... don't touch them... They don't look after anybody... never return any emails or messages... even when you are trying to give them your money!They are a complete waste of time and energy...
If the amount is not refunded, I will file a dispute with the payment company.pabbly is a company that lacks credibility. They deducted $90 without any responsibility.
I joined Pabbly's affiliate program and successfully referred paying customers. After earning a significant amount in commissions, I was suddenly told that my promotional method violated their policies — even though it had never been flagged before.They waited until I had already generated sales and then blocked my account and refused to release the commissions I rightfully earned. I even received a new commission notification during this back-and-forth, but they still declined payment.It's very disappointing to put in effort and drive real business for a company, only to be denied what was promised. If they had concerns, they should have addressed them early — not after benefiting from my referrals.Not a trustworthy affiliate experience
Really, I don't think this company understands what it means to give a guaranty to refund. I requested a refund and gave the reason of mistaken purchase. 3 days later CS contacted me and said they were unclear about my reason for cancelling and i should offer more explanation. I did. 3 days later, CS responds that they still do not understand and I should explain even further and they will not refund until they understand. Thats new for me. Maybe they need translators? I think they are just fishing for reasons not to refund.
Worst Experience ever. Don't go for Pabbly. You will seriously regret it. They are not reponding, when I asked for refund my money. They have mentioned 30 days money back gurantee on website. But its not true, it seems they are not replying my messages.
Great product but the WORST customer service. I say this as someone who deals with customers, and as a consumer. Every email enquiry is met with 'please explain your issue'. It's like they don't read, or can't understand. Either way it's frustrating AF. Might have to bail as it's just not in line with modern digital business to have such poor responses and response times.
