I had issues with the website making an order and accidentally somehow placed two identical orders. One went through without the 40% discount. I immediately looked for a way to contact them to cancel the duplicate order and the only option I had was to email them. I received back an email saying they have a small staff... Then I received an email 3 days later saying both order went through already and I could return the duplicate order when I received them. I am sure I will then have to pay the return shipping if I am able to return them at all. Other reviews indicate significant issues with returns. I will never order from any website that doesn't have a way to contact customer service via phone or chat. Very poor customer service.
