Disappointed with the compression socks and customer service

I purchased compression socks as a Christmas gift for my husband. Despite his slim legs, these socks were excessively tight at the top, causing discomfort and leaving significant indentations. I couldn't initiate a return through the website as it showed no orders listed. I reached out to customer support on 12/31/25 and received a generic response stating they were a small team and quite busy. As of 01/13/26, I have yet to receive any further communication, and the 30-day return window has now expired. I'm extremely dissatisfied with both the product quality and the customer service.

Order placed on December 14, still not received by January 5

I placed an order on December 14, and now it's January 5. This was meant to be a Christmas gift for 2025. The tracking information shows no updates, and I've been trying to track it with the provided number. I emailed about this order over a week ago and haven't received a response. When I attempted to call the provided number, it was always closed, even though the hours state Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

Order Delayed with No Response

I placed an order on December 16, expecting it to arrive by December 29, but that did not happen. Now the tracking indicates it's in Georgia, while I am in Ohio. I'm considering disputing the charge with my credit card company. I've sent three emails with no reply. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated. There’s no customer service phone number available, which raises questions.

Lack of customer support and unresolved issues.

There is a complete absence of customer service. My credit card was charged on NOV 19, 2025, for 14 pairs of socks, which I have yet to receive. I have emailed twice without any reply, and there are no alternative contact methods available. I attempted to cancel the order and request a refund through the platform, but I was unsuccessful.

Unreliable company

Ordered 10 days ago for PLENTY of time for Christmas present, and just like all of the other reviews, my items have still not shipped, no response from customer service after 3 attempts. Really disappointed in this company, I’ve purchased from them multiple times before and have not had this issue.

Horrible experience so far

Horrible experience so far. My order never arrived and I have told the company this for almost 2 weeks. Nobody is responding to my emails and this company is terrible at customer service. Don’t ever buy here! Plenty of other competitors with better help.

I should have read these reviews before ordering. I just thought they were cute socks. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and I noticed it on the confirmation but there was no way to cancel or edit the order. I immediately emailed support but they wrote back to say they would not change it.

Non-existant customer service

I had issues with the website making an order and accidentally somehow placed two identical orders. One went through without the 40% discount. I immediately looked for a way to contact them to cancel the duplicate order and the only option I had was to email them. I received back an email saying they have a small staff... Then I received an email 3 days later saying both order went through already and I could return the duplicate order when I received them. I am sure I will then have to pay the return shipping if I am able to return them at all. Other reviews indicate significant issues with returns. I will never order from any website that doesn't have a way to contact customer service via phone or chat. Very poor customer service.

Poor quality and very thin

Highly disappointed in these socks. They arrived with numerous pulls, which means I’ll have problems with them. Each pair had some sort of issue. One pair the heel looked slightly worn with material being roughed up. I have requested a refund and free return shipping from the company. Still waiting to hear back. Ugh. Was hoping that these would have been a nice Christmas present. It has now been 2 weeks since they received my socks (someone signed for them) and I have still not received my refund in my CC🤬
