Average service throughout. I gave a full and detailed explanation of the fault, however the engineer came without any parts to fix the hob. It cannot be cost effective not to carry spare parts on the vehicle and to do a return to fit. (which left us without a hob for a further 8 days) On the second visit Peter (4063) decided that the current wiring set up was incorrect and would not re-wire the hob in. Absolute rubbish, he stated that he wasn't an electrician but........ The kitchen was fitted 14 months ago and all electrics certified by EICR compliance. I have now been charged by the electrician to come back and fit the hob.
