They rely entirely on AI and fail to review the poor outputs they generate. I submitted a complete manuscript, which was decent but not exceptional, and what I received back was dreadful, resembling the work of a novice ESL student! I had to rewrite each chapter extensively, yet I was bombarded with up to five daily calls trying to sell me additional services, accompanied by guilt-inducing tactics. The pressure was overwhelming. They claimed it would be completed in a few months, yet here I am, six months later, with only 5 of 31 chapters finished! Their strategy seems designed to maximize our expenditure until we cease requesting more chapters. Avoid this service. I expected subpar results that I could refine, but this was far beyond that, compounded by relentless pressure. Just today, after I ignored their calls for a week, they blocked my access to my project on their site. That’s the extent of their high-pressure tactics. Despite having paid in full for the project, I received nothing at the lower tier.
