I submitted a complete manuscript, which was decent but not exceptional, and what I received back was so poorly written it resembled the work of a beginner ESL student! I had to rewrite every chapter extensively. During this time, I was bombarded with up to five calls a day trying to sell me additional services, accompanied by relentless guilt trips. It's all about pressure and deception. They promised completion within a few months, yet after six months, only 5 out of 31 chapters are finished! Their strategy appears to be to extract as much money as possible before we finally stop requesting more chapters. I strongly advise against using this service. I anticipated low-quality work that I could revise, but this exceeded my worst expectations, along with the constant pressure. Just today, after I declined their calls for a week, they blocked my access to my project on their site, despite having paid in full for the service. That’s how intense their pressure tactics are!

Caution. A manager promised a refund, and I submitted a signed agreement for it. Now, there’s been no acknowledgment of receipt from them. They make excuses, passing me around to different representatives who provide vague justifications after days of silence. It's been a nightmare since October trying to finalize a book that only needed about two more hours to finish. It was supposed to be published in 2024 as a pre-order on major platforms. I’ve been shuffled among various people with numerous calls, but now I receive no responses. They overpromised to secure a sale, and I ended up doing most of the work. The project manager lacked the necessary skills and kept altering the outline, ultimately terminating my involvement unless I paid an additional fee. Nothing promised in the contract was fulfilled.
This was a tremendous waste of time and resources. My project was meant to be completed in October 2023, and now it’s February 2025 with nothing usable. The writing quality is abysmal; even basic AI would have performed better. Communication is sporadic, with weeks or months of silence, followed by persistent calls from various representatives asking for feedback on the last submission. My feedback remains consistent: have a real person write this, and stop repeating the same phrases (sometimes even in the same paragraph). It’s absurd.
I continue to face harassment from this service. I have repeatedly requested that they cease contacting me and remove my number from their system, but they have not complied. I explicitly asked a representative to delete my number, and he refused. This is not a professional way to conduct business. I do not wish to be contacted; please respect my right to say no!
