This was a tremendous waste of time and resources. My project was meant to be completed in October 2023, and now it’s February 2025 with nothing usable. The writing quality is abysmal; even basic AI would have performed better. Communication is sporadic, with weeks or months of silence, followed by persistent calls from various representatives asking for feedback on the last submission. My feedback remains consistent: have a real person write this, and stop repeating the same phrases (sometimes even in the same paragraph). It’s absurd.
