Personally I haven't had an issue with PC, but when my girlfriend moved in with me, she paid the $35 registration fee, only for them to say she wasn't eligible for her own account, and was a "dependent" on mine. However, by the time we got this sorted out, they claimed they couldn't refund the $35 because we had entered a new fiscal quarter. Anyone want to tell me how this doesn't constitute theft?
