I am strongly disappointed with Package Concierge service. I paid 10$ and I didn't even need it, and I paid only because appt complex told me to do something and they didn't notify me that if I do not sign up packages will be anyway delivered to my door. So with first 6 packages this happened, they were delivered to my door anyway...so I don't understand why did I pay this service. Also 7th package was delivered in package concierge lockbox but I never got an email or sms about it. I just found it. So I do not recommend this service to anyone. Waste of money.
