I had to suddenly fly cross country because my dad was in the ER. I started receiving notifications about an unexpected package. My card starts getting charged. Of course, now that I'm back I can't retrieve whatever the package is I've been charged for. I get people not picking up packages is a problem but charging for it is NOT the way. It's gross. Beyond that their website feels it's from the 90's, which does not inspire confidence in data security.
