I purchased what was described as a large loose bag of Pedigree Biscrok gravy bones for £3.99. The item arrived as an unlabelled bag containing only 25 biscuits, with no weight information and no best-before date.I contacted the seller to query the quantity, value for money, and lack of labelling. Instead of explaining or offering a resolution, the seller responded in a hostile and accusatory manner, claiming I was being abusive simply for raising concerns and stating that I would leave honest feedback.No apology, clarification, or attempt to resolve the issue was provided. The communication was unprofessional throughout. I would not recommend this seller based on my experience.
