They kept my package in their warehouse for a week for no reason. They redirected my package from their designated box to an unknown location because it was full, and I can't even change the rerouting. It's ridiculous. Why was the box option available if it was full? The warehouse and the new location are about 25 minutes away by car, and they still couldn't deliver it. This is the worst service available for deliveries. Terrible logistics and delivery times. Opt for any alternative. If this is your only option, you might as well walk to the store yourself, as you’d likely receive your package faster, even from thousands of kilometers away, than from this utterly useless company.
