Steer clear of this service at all costs

I’ve had numerous bad experiences with them. Initially, they were supposed to deliver to a box, but I only received an email saying they would deliver to a store far away, open for limited hours when I couldn't go. It's nearly impossible to get in touch with them; when I finally did, the representative informed me that they can only redirect deliveries to stores. Many stores no longer want to work with them, and the ones that do are not easily accessible. My only option was to let them return the item and request a refund. The latest experience was equally poor. Their delivery staff affixed my label to someone else's package and delivered it. Contacting them is a nightmare. I still don’t have my package, and they haven’t even looked for it. They ask me to print the label and return the wrongly delivered package without searching for mine. Additionally, reaching them means wasting time on the phone with ineffective AI that misunderstands everything before connecting to someone who can help. I've incurred significant phone charges with no support from their side, claiming they can’t guarantee delivery times. Avoid at all costs; they seem to be scamming customers for a service they cannot provide, and their customer service is among the worst.
