Ongoing and dreadful experience. They handed my package over to a third-party courier who failed to deliver it, while both companies failed to inform me, forcing me to send numerous emails. There was no explanation for the return, and no attempt was made to deliver it. I paid a significant amount for my order and am considering legal action due to this negligence. I will also share my experience widely to raise awareness about this company, especially for handling high-value packages.
