Horrific company. Package would sit for days (5 days in my case) and transit from hub to hub takes 2+ days as well. Any process that takes hours in any other courriers take multiple days in this mess of a company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If you are buying something and the company uses Packeta, ask them for an alternative option. My package from within the EU to the UK has been sent 9 days ago, still has not even reached the UK yet. Most other carriers take 1 day, at most 3 days to be delivered.
