I have been using the service for a while, and previous small withdrawals were processed within 2-4 days, which was acceptable. However, my withdrawal request submitted on November 30, 2025 (amount: over 200) is still showing as "Pending Review" as of today (January 2026) — that's over 5 weeks and more than 15 working days. The official policy clearly states that withdrawals will be completed within 5 to 10 working days (excluding weekends), yet this one has far exceeded that timeframe with no explanation. I have followed up multiple times via email, but only received generic responses saying "please wait patiently" without any specific reason for the delay or estimated completion date. This prolonged delay is completely unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience, especially since my payment address is correct and verified. Until the funds are released and proper communication is provided, I cannot recommend this service to others. I hope the team resolves this soon, as many users seem to be experiencing similar long delays based on recent feedback.
