The official policy states that withdrawals should be completed within 5 to 10 working days (excluding weekends), yet this request has far surpassed that timeframe with no explanation. I have followed up multiple times via email, but only received generic responses asking me to "please wait patiently" without any specific reason for the delay or an estimated completion date. This extensive delay is completely unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience, especially since my payment address is correct and verified. Until the funds are released and proper communication is provided, I cannot recommend this service to others. I hope the team resolves this issue soon, as many users seem to be facing similar long delays based on recent feedback.

Ever since the server maintenance on December 27th, the app has been preventing me from earning. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but encountered a server request failed issue. After uninstalling and reinstalling it again on my desktop, I received a network overused error, even though the app was only running on my desktop. I contacted the support team, and they claimed the issues were on my end, which is misleading. The problems didn't start until after the server maintenance last Saturday, and it seems they are unwilling to address the earnings issues on their app.
I'm facing recurring issues with the app. I can't log into the website, and the app indicates too many devices, despite using different IPs for each device. The mobile app works fine, but both the webpage and desktop app are still malfunctioning. They attribute the issues to weather conditions, which seems absurd given that all my other apps are functioning well. With the company being based in another country, I expected them to resolve these issues quickly. Their payout claims are misleading, and my trust in this service is diminishing. I am seriously considering uninstalling it due to the numerous problems.
