I have been using this service for a while, and previous small withdrawals were processed within 2-4 days, which was acceptable. However, my withdrawal request made on November 30, 2025 (amount: over 200) is still marked as "Pending Review" as of today (January 2026) — that's over 5 weeks and more than 15 working days. The official policy states that withdrawals should be completed within 5 to 10 working days (excluding weekends), yet this request has far surpassed that timeframe with no explanation. I have followed up multiple times via email, but only received generic responses asking me to "please wait patiently" without any specific reason for the delay or an estimated completion date. This extensive delay is completely unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience, especially since my payment address is correct and verified. Until the funds are released and proper communication is provided, I cannot recommend this service to others. I hope the team resolves this issue soon, as many users seem to be facing similar long delays based on recent feedback.
