3 days ago I ordered a parcel service from Royal mail via Packlink. Their website said a label would be emailed to me. It wasnt so I emailed them yesterday saying I had not had my label. This morning I get a reply saying they had refunded me as Royal Mail dont deliver to that area - This is Royal Mail who deliver to every part of the UK - the parcel was to Scunthorpe. HOW STUPID ARE THEY AND HOW STUPID DO THEY THINK I AM TO BELIEVE THAT NONSENCE. That has caused me to have to send the parcel out 1st class post instead of economy to reduce the delay my customer has.
