I’ve been using this service for years and have sent hundreds of parcels.Unfortunately, it feels like the focus has shifted away from customer service and more towards profit margins by making the claims process unnecessarily difficult. It’s now harder to even find where to submit a claim, and the amount of evidence required is unreasonable.They now insist on a picture of the parcel label, but if my customers have already disposed of it, the claim gets rejected—even though the courier already has proof of the label through their own delivery images. Yet, they still refuse to accept that.This approach is damaging the company’s reputation. If things continue this way, it risks ending up like MyHermes—so poor that a rebrand becomes the only option.My advice: look after your customers instead of focusing solely on your wallet.
