I ordered a 1-gallon Chug for $86. The shipping took about 20 days, and when I asked for tracking, I found out it was coming from overseas, which made me uneasy. When the package finally arrived, it contained a cheap, unbranded tin mug instead of the product I had ordered. The item was entirely different from what was advertised. It feels like the seller sent a low-value item while only providing tracking to show 'delivery.' This seems like a fraudulent transaction. I reached out to the seller over a week ago for a refund but have yet to hear back. I am requesting a full refund and reversal of the charge. The online store appears to be a scam, and I advise others to avoid purchasing from this seller.
