Unfortunately, this website is a complete scam. I ordered a light blue cooler bag but received a navy blue lunch box from a different brand that doesn't resemble my order at all. They clearly did not put in any effort. The contact number is disconnected, and they do not reply to emails. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
This site engages in fraudulent practices. I recommend not buying anything from them. Although the address claims to be in the states, the phone number does not belong to this company, and they are unresponsive. I tried to purchase what was described as a tote, but what I received was not the advertised product. It looked like a low-quality make-up bag instead.
