I needed to transport a keyboard, stand, and amplifier from the UK to Italy, all requiring pick-up and packing by the service. The pick-up notification was timely, and everything was securely packed. However, only 2 of the 3 items were delivered in Italy, with the keyboard missing. The delivery company incorrectly indicated all items were delivered, leading to a frustrating process of verification. Throughout this, the representative was kind and supportive, easing my anxiety. Fortunately, the keyboard was eventually delivered a week later. While I appreciate the service, the delivery company left much to be desired.
