Unacceptable customer service

Unacceptable customer service, if that’s what you can call it. I ordered a bag well before the holidays for my partner, anticipating shipping issues. However, the company took my payment and then delayed shipping for weeks, arriving long after Christmas. I thought they might be a scam and filed a dispute after several attempts to contact them. In January, over a month later, I received a condescending email claiming my behavior was unacceptable, even though the issue could have been avoided with proper communication. I have agreed to pay for what I received, but this company is truly appalling. Their customer service is horrific. Do not purchase from here unless you're willing to wait an excessive amount of time.
