By the time it arrived long after the holidays, I was convinced they were a scam and initiated a dispute. After multiple attempts to contact them, I received a patronizing email over a month later claiming my behavior was unacceptable, despite the entire situation being avoidable with basic communication. I agreed to pay for the item I eventually received, but this company is truly appalling. Their customer service is atrocious.
