I am very disappointed and confused by the level of customer service I've experienced. Regarding my issue: I received a fragrance as a gift and lack proof of purchase, which I couldn't ask for from the giver. The product is unusable as the atomiser tube is missing. Despite providing clear photos, the customer service team informed me that nothing can be done without a receipt. I expected a replacement atomiser could be sent. It’s surprising and disappointing that a reputable brand is unwilling to help resolve what is clearly a manufacturing issue.
