Company does not honor its own approved return process.
Rabanne provided me with an official return label and confirmed that I could send the item back. I followed their instructions and returned the package using the label they issued.
The package was initially delivered to the wrong address — to my neighbor instead of me. I was only able to retrieve it after he returned from a business trip. After contacting Rabanne, they confirmed that the return would be accepted and provided the return label.
I returned the item as instructed. However, I was later informed that the return was supposedly outside the 14-day timeframe and that no refund would be issued. As a result, I am now left without the product and without my money.
If the return was not eligible due to timing, why did the company provide a return label and state that the refund process could take up to 30 days?
This approach feels inconsistent and unfair toward the customer. I do not recommend Rabanne!!!!

My experience with customer support was truly disappointing, especially for a brand that prides itself on luxury. I received an entirely different order by mistake, with no resemblance to what I had originally purchased. I reached out to customer service, and while they initially replied quickly, they then went silent for a week. I finally got a response with a return label nine days later. I had hoped to receive my original order instead of a refund, as I was excited about the perfume and the included gifts. After returning the incorrect order the very next morning, I was surprised to see a full refund issued a few days later, even though I wanted a replacement. I had to follow up again, only to be informed that my item was now out of stock and could not be sent. Had they addressed my concerns promptly, this situation could have been avoided. I understand they may be busy, but it’s frustrating to think that my order was canceled while someone else received my higher-value items. Additionally, I was disappointed that I had to reach out again just to confirm the cancellation of my order. This should have been communicated clearly to me. Overall, the customer service fell short, and this experience was terrible. I won't be shopping with them again.
The representative handled my lost parcel situation remarkably well. The issue was resolved swiftly, and a replacement order was sent out immediately. Excellent customer service, even though it wasn't their fault. Thank you once again!
I am very disappointed and confused by the level of customer service I've experienced. Regarding my issue: I received a fragrance as a gift and lack proof of purchase, which I couldn't ask for from the giver. The product is unusable as the atomiser tube is missing. Despite providing clear photos, the customer service team informed me that nothing can be done without a receipt. I expected a replacement atomiser could be sent. It’s surprising and disappointing that a reputable brand is unwilling to help resolve what is clearly a manufacturing issue.
