My experience with customer support was truly disappointing, especially for a brand that prides itself on luxury. I received an entirely different order by mistake, with no resemblance to what I had originally purchased. I reached out to customer service, and while they initially replied quickly, they then went silent for a week. I finally got a response with a return label nine days later. I had hoped to receive my original order instead of a refund, as I was excited about the perfume and the included gifts. After returning the incorrect order the very next morning, I was surprised to see a full refund issued a few days later, even though I wanted a replacement. I had to follow up again, only to be informed that my item was now out of stock and could not be sent. Had they addressed my concerns promptly, this situation could have been avoided. I understand they may be busy, but it’s frustrating to think that my order was canceled while someone else received my higher-value items. Additionally, I was disappointed that I had to reach out again just to confirm the cancellation of my order. This should have been communicated clearly to me. Overall, the customer service fell short, and this experience was terrible. I won't be shopping with them again.
