It was my second order there. First order: There was no return label in the parcel, so I applied for one online. They needed days to “approve my return” and send me a label. After it took them weeks to refund my order (I didn’t even receive a confirmation email when my parcel arrived), I had to contact customer service. Second order:This time, they directly approved my return. So I sent it back to them, and they received it 2 weeks ago. I didn’t even get a confirmation by mail. So I, again, asked the customer service for my refund. The answer was “I’m sorry for the delay, our warehouse put your return in quarantine (???) and we had to find out why. Your articles are now refunded.” When I ordered, the items arrived pretty fast, but when you return something, be prepared to wait weeks for your money.
