I really put backpacks to the test. I needed a couple of bags for a trip that would accommodate some cameras while resembling a regular backpack and offering protection. These bags are exceptionally well-crafted and surprisingly show little wear despite being tossed around. I also got the sling purse for evening outings. In summary, they are very dependable. I’ve heard some feedback about the side pocket not being ideal for a water bottle. I somewhat agree that it is a bit shallow, but it's made of durable fabric that won’t stretch out like elasticized pockets over time. Recently, while traveling in Australia, a store owner approached me to compliment the bag. On another trip, his wife returned from a day out only to find the bottom of her bag slashed. Although it was damaged, the thief couldn't cut through the mesh. It’s reassuring to know.

I used to love their products, but a few items started to fail after a couple of years! These products are bound to fail after the warranty expires. The company refuses to repair or offer any warranty, even though the damages occurred just a few months after the warranty expired. I won't purchase anything from this company again!
Overall, the two rucksacks we purchased fulfilled our needs during our three-week trip around Asia. The security features were good. However, the side pockets for water bottles were limited and would benefit from being larger, perhaps elasticated. The thin top handle really needs padding, as it becomes uncomfortable when fully loaded. Additionally, the main shoulder straps should be wider at the top and have better padding, and a cross-chest strap would be beneficial.
The support team always prioritizes their customers. Last year, I called about a delivery issue (not their fault) and they resent it via a reliable service, which arrived within 24 hours. Later, I reached out for assistance with a surprise for my partner, and she was thrilled upon opening it at Christmas. I just contacted the support team again for advice and now I have another bag on its way at a reasonable price. Thank you, and I will definitely return for more later this year.
The website has programming errors. Be cautious. Prices may fluctuate during checkout. Items in your shopping cart can change in price due to ongoing website corrections. In my case, an item went from €150 to €299. Customer service was unhelpful, citing their right to apply price changes, even for items already in the cart. Unbelievable!
These bags are too pricey for what they offer! The zipper on mine broke, and after a replacement, it seems to be breaking again. I’d say the bags are overrated by the company and not worth the money. There are more affordable options available. Customer service in the UK was condescending and went back on their word regarding replacing faulty bags. Not satisfactory at all.
I bought a pack for travels, which is also great for everyday carry. I placed my order on September 17th and was pleasantly surprised to receive it by September 19th. The item matched the description, delivery was prompt, and my overall experience was excellent. I hope they release it in more colors.
