PacSignings makes the Loan Modification signing appointments easy by providing only the necessary information and following up with reminders throughout the process. They are quick to respond via the portal. The portal is simple and easy to use. Typically they give a few days to get the appointment scheduled, which makes it easy to work into my schedule.
Loan Mods are clear and concise! I feel that a company that hired me for this type of assignment should set expectations from the borrowers to establish time lines. I set appts and then those appts get rescheduled 1 or 2 times by the borrowers. Seems like there should be a better system in place. Also, too much needless communications from the hiring company.
If i could give negative stars for this company I would. I am a notary public, hired by this company. They are impossible to work with.Their staff has contradicted themselves over 20 times on just one job i did for them. They are extremely disorganized and even asked me to commit an illegal act for them. I refused and have reported them to the authorities. Don't work for this company out of their Oregon office. You can do far better in my opinion.
