Literally Pacsun has the worst customer service ever. I recently bought a pair of jeans online that didn't fit so I went to the store to return it. And guess what? I couldn't because apparently Pacsun messed up on my invoice and didn't include the last 4 digits of my credit card and apparently it was against the store's policy to make a return transaction without it. It was unfortunate but it was fine because I thought all I had to do was call the number and ask for a new invoice but nope that was not the end of the story. I called in TWICE to make sure that the new invoice would work before taking an hr long bus to return this thing again and each time they reassured me that I can. But when I got to the store, they refused to return it AGAIN. Like what the heck is going on. If you're going to have a damn store policy like this then why don't you make sure to print the credit card number on my invoice and give me better instructions next time! Now I have to call customer support and go to the store for the third time!!!! It shouldn't be this hard to return a pair of pants. They should really compensate me for my time and money but instead all I got was a horrible customer service experience! Pacsun pull yourself together because no one has time for this
