I ordered online, and had the worst experience -.- I ordered a size 6M in checkered taped shoes, and a S size tee. It took about a week to get to my house in TX, shipping out of Kansas.. Once they arrived the invoice included in my packaged stated the correct listing of what I ordered however when I went to get the shoes out they were in a size 3.5 in KIDS..... I proceeded to line up the sole of the shoe with another size 6M I have in my collection (just to give them the benefit of the doubt, perhaps it was just mislabeled..but that wasn't the case) and the shoe was literally half the size. i had to drive tot the mall to situate this (seeing as the shoes were a sale item online and I didn't want them to run out of my size.) The store gave me the run around and told me they were the correct size which they weren't. And then proceeded to tell me they don't have them in store, so I have to wait another 3-4 days til the ones the associate ordered for me online on the stores computer to arrive at my place. HOPEFULLY they send the right size this time smh. they should've given me at least 50% back onto a gift card as store credit or issued a refund to my card for this horrible experience on their behalf. At least I know now I have to actually go in to the sore and find what I'm looking for or order from a more reputable retailer.
