Put in a recurring monthly order and without my knowledge they put me on a plan that rotates coffee each month and i was getting sent the wrong coffee. that wasn't clear. I didn't check my "next delivery" email in detail as I assumed i was getting a repeat order of what i chose and now I am stuck with seme Tuti Fruity coffee I don't like and they wont re-send what i originally ordered or refund me. Poor customer service. They didn't care at all so I'll spend my money elsewhere
