Hello, . I wanted to use the Paddle payment infrastructure for my website, but you haven't approved my account for almost two weeks now. It would have been nice to at least receive an email stating whether I was rejected or not.
Also, whenever I try to connect, the live chat isn't working. I couldn't even find your email address until five minutes later. After all this trouble, I'm hesitant to use your platform because I won't be able to get immediate support.
