I am trying to launch my software business with Paddle, but my account is trapped in an endless verification loop.
Over a week ago, I submitted my official bank statement for address verification. At the same time, I submitted an appeal for my domain after completely updating my website to meet Paddle's compliance rules.
Since then — absolute silence. It seems my support tickets were closed automatically without any resolution.
I am a legitimate developer with a ready product. I just need a real person from the onboarding team to look at my account, review my updated website, and unblock this deadlock. I will update this rating to 5 stars once someone actually helps me.
I tried to cancel a Gemini AI sub(Through Paddle.com who services them) within the hour of having signed up for it. They offer no pro-rated refund though their "Refund page" despite the fact it gives many specifics as to appear a refund is possible. Complete misrepresentation. I'm telling everyone in my doctorate program to be weary of this behavior. And of course I've taken screenshots and will be preemptive with my CC as to block a future charge.

They created a fake ChatGPT copy - same design, but only very limited functionality and scam client who believe to use and order the real OpenAI product.
I also subscribed to this product believing it is ChatGPT from OpenAI. Later I realised, the mobile app doesnt work, Projects functionality, Documents,... nothing works.
I complained on Support asking for Refund but they responded that I have used the system already (of course I did, i belived it is the ChatGPT).
Now I even dont know what is going to happen with my data.
The support is terrible, mostly lousy bots.
Subscribed on 8FEB, claimed the refund on 11FEB.
I truly can't think of any suggestions for improvement! I detailed my issue, and within seconds of submitting, it showed a resolved status. They even handled the cancellation for me. I've never encountered customer service this impressive before, and I work as a Community Manager for a Cybersecurity training provider.
I haven't utilized it extensively, as it didn't meet my expectations. However, I can say that canceling the subscription was immediate, and the refund process was straightforward once I found the right steps. My only challenge was locating where to access this option, but the support team was very prompt in their response. Even on January 1st, they replied in under 10 minutes.
A subscription that my child requested last year renewed automatically. I was open to paying for another year; I just didn't want it to renew in 2026. The support team provided a full refund immediately, and my subscription was canceled to prevent auto-renewal.
What really enhanced my experience was their inquiry into my reasons for requesting a refund and canceling my subscription. After I shared my response, they promptly processed my refund and cancelled it. The entire procedure was smooth, straightforward, and they were very understanding of my situation.
This has been the worst experience recently! The responses were inadequate, leading me to cancel, but somehow the subscription reappeared after a few months! Naturally, there's no refund for the second subscription since I had initially used it 20 times in attempts to make it work... Unbelievable! Exercise extreme caution!
