They will refund your initial deposit (bets) if you win, but with regards paying out your winnings they use a complicated system re “ net deposit” this was confirmed by an advisor that it was complicated procedure (screen shot taken) allegedly to protect you from fraud! I can only see one fraudulent action, if you won you win! After an hour I got confirmation that I would get my winnings in my account.
