I am not a big gambler but this app is terrible, you can spin over 20 times and lose every single spin, it will reset a loss by giving a small win now and again but the bonuses are none existent, don't play the slots on this app save your money
By far the worst betting site I've ever used. Non-sensicle maximum stakes, random "errors", withdraw restrictions when you win.
The whole site is designed to avoid you making money and withdrawing it, I'm surprised the GC hasn't shut it down yet.

I like the layout and simplicity of the site. The navigation I find easy. A massive amount og Games and a free Wheel Spin everyday is good. I can't stand the way Paddy Power (not the only culprit) will let you lose thousands of pounds, then tell you they are restricting your deposits until you show them your PERSONAL Bank Account. This should be done at the start. Not when they have 40k of your hard earned money.
I wanted to make a deposit for a bet but the moment I tried to deposit, they suspended my account for verification. I sent the documents and even sent them via chat. The customer support lied, saying to wait a couple of hours. More than 24 hours have passed and nothing, not even emails. Terrible customer support, and I've been harmed because the bet has already taken place and I would have won. Instead, I was harmed by this website. I've been a customer of paddy power for several years and this is shameful.
It feels like they are just taking money. In just a few weeks, I lost over £10,000 without a single win. On January 13th, I submitted transactions to the relevant authorities, clearly indicating that the service is just taking money. At a local shop, I went from £500 to £0 in just an hour, day after day. I played £10,000 and only received a £10 return. It's an absolute scam. I doubt there will be any response from the authorities. I expect to lose even more in the coming weeks with the same outcome. I will continue to submit the transactions, but I doubt there will be any acknowledgment. Play anywhere else but here. I played 365 times a year and not a single withdrawal, not even a £100 win after spending tens of thousands.
There are significant issues with the staff at this location. I contacted a representative yesterday who, along with his children, laughed at customers when I approached the counter. There are plenty of other options in town, and it's disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior, as it reflects poorly on the service.
The entire sign-up procedure is utterly absurd. I submitted my identification and bank details, but since my account is registered under Mr & Mrs, they would not accept it as valid proof of address. I then spent thirty minutes on live chat, going in circles without receiving any genuine assistance or logical solutions. The customer support was completely ineffective, making the experience incredibly frustrating from beginning to end. Ultimately, I decided to abandon the account. There are many other platforms available that don't complicate things this much. I strongly advise against this one.
I won an online bet a day ago! Instead of processing my payout, they claimed there were online issues, canceled the bet, and took my money! I've been attempting to reach out to them, but the chat simply keeps me waiting for 30 minutes before saying they've escalated it to another team, who never seems to respond. It feels like they just want me to forget about the money and move on!
