It feels like they are just taking money. In just a few weeks, I lost over £10,000 without a single win. On January 13th, I submitted transactions to the relevant authorities, clearly indicating that the service is just taking money. At a local shop, I went from £500 to £0 in just an hour, day after day. I played £10,000 and only received a £10 return. It's an absolute scam. I doubt there will be any response from the authorities. I expect to lose even more in the coming weeks with the same outcome.
